+=== The lights in my bathroom or room are blinking, switching off, or not turning on. Why? ===
+One or both of the lightbulbs probably need to be replaced.
+Sometimes changing just one is enough โ€“ you can check by looking for **black stains** on the bulbs.
+To be safe, itโ€™s best to replace **both bulbs** at the same time.
 +
 +----
 +
+=== What kind of lightbulb do I need? ===
 +Use **Philips Master PL-C 18W 4P**.
+There are different color variants (e.g. **827** or **840**), but the important part is that it has **4 pins (4P)**.
 +
 +----
 +
+=== Which color temperature should I use? ===
 +  * **Room/Kitchen:** 2700K โ€“ warm white (incandescent tone)
 +  * **Bathroom:** 4000K โ€“ cool white
 +
 +----
 +
 +=== Where can I buy them? ===
+You can find them on **Amazon** or in hardware stores such as **OBI**.
 +
 +----
 +
+=== How can I replace the lightbulbs? ===
+You can ask **Lapic** to replace them (he usually charges around **50 โ‚ฌ**),
+or you can do it yourself โ€” itโ€™s quite simple:
 +
+  - **Switch off** the lights.
+  - Make sure youโ€™re standing **securely** and can reach the fixture safely.
+  - **Remove the white cover** by pulling it down gently while twisting it a bit.
+    It may make some metal sounds โ€“ thatโ€™s normal.
+  - Hold the **connector** with one hand and the **base of the bulb** with the other.
+    Pull the bulb **horizontally** out of the socket (it may require some force).
+  - Find the **notch** on the connector and align it with the one on the new bulb.
+  - **Push** the new bulb in until it clicks into place.
+  - **Reattach the white cover.**
+    This part can be a bit tricky โ€“ push the metal clips gently until everything fits snugly.

+**Tip:** If you replace both bulbs at once, youโ€™ll have even light and wonโ€™t need to do it again soon.
