Common Rooms & Study Areas

Study rooms in Unity Alpha

There are two study rooms in Unity Alpha – one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Both are meant for studying, quiet work, or small group sessions.

First floor study room

The first floor study room is the larger one, located close to the caretaker’s office. Because of this, it’s very important to keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM.

Even though some residents occasionally use the room for game nights, these should be kept very quiet. If you want to talk, laugh, or move around more freely, it’s better to use the second floor room instead.

⚠️ The caretaker’s apartment is directly next to the first-floor study room.
Please avoid loud conversations, dragging chairs, or music after 10 PM.

Second floor study room

The second floor study room is a bit smaller and less furnished, but it’s more suitable for evening activities. It’s often used for study sessions, small gatherings, or quiet game nights.

On the B-side, the room is usually locked, but on the A-side, it’s normally open and available for everyone.

Roof access

From the second-floor study room, you can open the door to the roof terrace. You can go out there, but please be careful and respectful:

  • Don’t run, jump, or make loud noises — the caretaker’s rooms are directly below.
  • Always close the door when leaving.
  • Don’t leave bottles, trash, or personal items outside.
The roof is not a party space – please use it quietly and responsibly.

Cleanliness & Respect

Everyone using the study rooms should help keep them clean and tidy:

  • Take your trash with you.
  • Don’t leave bottles, cups, or plants behind.
  • Return chairs and tables to their place.
  • Keep noise low, especially in the evenings.

The rooms are shared spaces for all residents — please treat them with care so everyone can enjoy them.
